Great Canadian Oil Change

Hands down the best place to get your oil changes in lethbridge don't waste your time going elsewhere they always have coupons and the service is fast, friendly, and I've never had a mistake made on my vehicle out of the 9 oil changes I've gotten. Also unlike everyone else washer fluid is free so that's nice.

Staff were courteous and helpful but the process was extremely slow. Waited 35 minutes for the car in front of me and when my turn finally came it took them another 40 minutes for a simple oil change. Not good

Amazing as always but huge shout out to Thomas! He went above and beyond and actually explained what they were doing and told me my car didn’t require anything right now either. He gave me great peace of mind! I will continue to come back :)

I was there for an oil change, and windows were down as it was hot out, and I needed to converse with the attendant. It was after the manager left that I heard fhe mechanic talking with his co-worker that because I wasn't doing the maintenance of getting the leak fixed that it was going to cost thousands of dollars in the long run.It hurt because I know what has to be done, and I know how much money I have to do it. When you are on a budget, you pick and choose what needs to get done on your vehicle.I also know how check to check my oil and transmission fluid, so I am not too worried about it, but I will check with my mechanic.As for the other people complaining about the lack of work I have done, that is just wrong, and put yourself in my shoes to see how you would feel.I talked to the manager the day after this happened and was informed by him about everything they're doing. I will give it another try when I need an oil change again.

Just sat there waiting for 20 minutes and didn't even get acknowledged or greeted. I don't have an hour to be waiting for an oil change, isnt that the purpose of this place is time efficiency? At least acknowledge my presence when I arrive and let me knowbits gonna be a 30 minute wait....?

Outright Amazing, Becca along with her crew Johnny, Simon, and the others had been a pleasure to work with! They took the time to ensure it was done right, and maintained solid communication throughout. My Pontiac left purring like a kitten, best shop I've been to yet- thank you and I'll see you again!

I am really thankful. Everything was quick and competent. I don't know how they did it, but they found oil filter for my car just in one day which is really tough task. Once more thank you guys!

Great customer service. Highly satisfying services. Very kind to customers and very helpful. I have got major engine oil problem. So he diagnosed it and advised me very thoroughly. And he also did this for no service charge! Totally free without any charge. I feel great and safe by the service. Thank you so much. Very kind!!

I have taken my vehicles to this location many times and have had excellent service, until today. I think you may want to spend a little more time training your staff before they hit the floor. The two gentlemen working on my vehicle up top, had almost zero clue, overfilling my truck with a few extra litres that had to be removed after a no measuring free pour. Not a great experience and definitely won't be returning
