We can't really tell you about our food or atmosphere because we haven't eaten at this Wendy's. However, we have gone to the Wendy's, LaSalle on Newman Blvd for a gift certificate late morning/early afternoon this Father's Day. What a headache trying to buy a gift certificate..... There were 4 employees trying to figure out how to get us a 50$ gift certificate. This is our 3rd time at this very Wendy's that we tried buying gift certificates with 3 times walking out with nothing. It's too much time consuming and frustration. Something like buying gift certificates should be easy, not so complicated but I guess not. Perhaps it takes a Master degree..... Scone $1995 pepites de poulet $229I’m really not sure how this location made money or the business survive , we are two people only and waiting for over 30 minutes for the order people coming inside because no one answering them in drive true , Uber people waiting forever for them order , I feel so bad cause Wendy’s food is so good but how you want the people to come back here to eat if this keep happening, must pay more give more advantage to employees in order to keep them .Run guys before is gonebaconator is back people go grap one beforethey’re gone , Best place to have a bite employee are amazing, family place cool for friends lover or a date go have a bite it’s worth each cent you pay love it love it love employee are the best

Waited 20 mins just to order. The guy was just sitting in the back and the other staff was passing the broom and did not even tell the other staff that a customer is waiting.When the guy came did not say good morning nor smiled. Waited another 15 mins for my order and handed me 3/4 of medium cold coffee. This is insane customer service. The worst service crew.

Went in to order after not stepping foot in the location in 2 years…Sad to see the filth of the dining, the stickiness of the floors and the dull wooden and tile walls that I used to shine every shift…Again the spicy chicken was old soggy, the tomato was too ripe. Fries was the only thing that was fresh.employees, managers. Clean your location. Owners. I know your read these and I do from time to time to see how my old second home is doing.. step it up! This location was the spot to dine in and for the teens to eat after school. Create that atmosphere again.Never stepping foot in there again or order from skip because it’s always the same issue… perhaps I’ll go to West Island location from now on, the managers seem to upkeep their store better.Best regards and hope to see future improvements!

I’m a year late, but I had one of the most fabulous experiences at this location. The manager Cindy was a darling and gave my intergalactic rain moon star (cousin) and I free frostys just for complimenting a drink she had made. Not only did she welcome me from Nova Scotia, but she really took the time to make sure our orders were up to par!! I hope she still works there, next time I’m in town I will surely pass by and say hi :))

I heard about this a lot from my friends and I decided to try it out. The chicken burger is indeed delicious. I had their famous nuggets and cheesy fries. Their chocolate shakes are damn good! Must try.

For a fast food joint, it's not really fast in serving/getting the food out. Staff look like they're in a bubble, kinda walking around in the kitchen. It's sad to say, but Mcdonalds has y'all beat in fast production. Food is alright at best. At least their frosty machine works. Drink fountain's really watered down - root beer had its smell, but flavourless.Wouldn't recommend that much for a quick bite to eat, theres better options around.

The burger I ordered, Bacon Deluxe had nothing to do with the picture on the menu… NO VEGETABLES !!!! Instead of Chicken Spice I received a beef burger…. Ordinary taste. Fries just plain taste also. Cheap price, low quality and poor service.

Worst franchise there is ! Always missing something , never informs me ! When I asked for pecans for my salad since they were not in the bag she says she doesn’t have any . It’s an apple & PECAN salad ?Sauces are almost always missing . Had to drive back for one after getting home because at that point I was super annoyed . Now I check my bag before leaving each time and they always try to rush me because of their time clock. I have two kids plus myself I have to double check to make sure I have everything I ordered asked for a paid for due to their incompetence . Honestly you’re much better off going to the one on Decarie . I’m in las Salle but I rather do the drive !
