fyi there's parking in the front on St. John's, and in the back across from the Skytrain station.

The owner was impatient and arrogant. He doesn’t follow their principles of Karate:Karate-do begins with Rei and ends with Rei. (Rei means courtesy / respect)

I've been training at Port Moody Shotokan Karate for over a year and I find it’s a great learning environment. The instructors have a lot of experience and I’ve developed strength, confidence, flexibility in a short amount of time not to mention made some great friends :) Another good thing is they have a women's only class which is a great place when starting, everyone is so supportive, it’s fun and Chinami sensei is amazing!
