Peggy Ann is an angel! I am terrified of needles and she needed to take quite a few samples from me, yet I felt NOTHING. Besides being very skilled, she's also so kind and I felt perfectly comfortable with her visiting my home.Scheduling was quick and easy through email. Pricing wasn't very low, but they had the fastest service by far and it's covered by health insurance, so it's okay.

The service was great. The person who booked the appointment was helpful and friendly and found me an appointment for the next day. Peggy-Ann showed up on time, and was efficient and thorough. We had a nice chat and she honestly brightened my day!

Excellent place!Look, most of us don't need blood work done regularly, and with hospitals and clinics being busy these days, this place was perfect.Got an appointment 1 day after I emailed them and the service was fantastic. Brilliant communication and the nurse was professional and super nice.They even offer to come to your place, at no extra charge, if you can't get out.My first call if I ever need blood work done again.

Best blood test experience I have ever gotten. Their time frame is exceptional. Peggy Anne, the nurse, arrived on time at 6am before I had to head into work. She was the nicest nurse. Really delicate. Drew blood efficiently and without pain. Everything was done in less than 10 minutes. If you have insurance, I highly recommend this service vs going to the clinic.

I've been using this service for years and can never go back to free clinics. They are excellent! From the receptionist, to the nurses and administration, just a well-round top notch service. I had Francesca as my nurse three times in a row now, and she is absolutely attentive, caring and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is as afraid of needles as me who need that special attention in the comfort of their own home- and results come in almost next day!

I highly recommend E-Zlab if you have private insurance! My husband and I had a wonderful first at-home experience with them. The entire process was extremely smooth: from scheduling our appointment through JF, who is courteous and well informed, to Nurse Peggy-Ann’s quick and painless visit. Any organization should replicate the quality and high level of customer service this company offers. I have dealt with them a few times and if need be, will definitely continue.The gentleman at the reception has always taken the time to answer any questions prior to setting up appointments. He is friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable.The nurse's visit was possibly even better, as good as can get for an at-home lab test. I personally dealt with Isabelle coincidentally on multiple occasions. She is punctual, professional, reassuring, personable along with any other positive quality you would want as a medical staffer.Thank you Sir and Isabelle for the incredibly perfect client experience!
