Gal's Sushi
Pretty solid spot for sushi and Korean food. It can be a little hard to find surface parking during prime lunch & dinner times but there's a (dimly lit) underground parking.Service is usually good. The quality is consistent and prices are very reasonable. The Spicy Scallop roll is a must! It has great flavour and texture.

Gal's Sushi
Busy Japanese/Korean restaurant located conveniently on Highway 7. They are operated by Koreans, but sushi quality is excellent for reasonable prices. I ordered a sushi platter, and they provided miso soup, salad and Korean snack dishes for free. I have to give them 5 stars for the freebies ⭐. I will definitely return. Underground parking is also available.Update: I tried their seafood U-don and it's totally not worth it. The menu photo shows lots of various seafood, but the actual bowl had very little seafood.

Order the best choice combo last weekend. It tasted very ordinary. We order this all the time. Uni, salmon role, scallops and salmon were above average. Chu toro , eel, roles and Otopus tasted ok . BUT Maguro, mackerel , tasted fishy. Before all pieces tasted amazing. 3/5 And the chu toro had some pieces that were not edible.I dont mind the bad service if we get quality food. We had to ask for tea 3 times when they give the table next to us a tea pot. We ordered within 3 minutes of sitting down and they wanted us out quickly on Saturday so we were ask to order by manager and 2 other waitress. If we dont have menus that mean we already ordered. SO Sad.1/5

Sushi was great. The special rolls are coming with miso soup, salad, small potatoes and noodles.Service was really nice.Highly recommended.

Nice dinner sets with appetizers and rice. The beef one didn’t have much besides the meat. The fish and pork bone soup were better.

First time to eat here.It is a combination of Japanese and Korean style restaurant.There are a lot of people, mostly locals, mostly families.I ordered one Korean and one Japanese style meal.I like sashimi and sushi.The salmon that I like is also very good here.The soup was very good and I finished it quickly.
