Been going here for over a decade, just about daily. Food's good. Wide selection of lunch items at the deli counter. Sandwiches are pricey, but you get like a pound of meat on each one. Best lunch food on Lorne St for sure.

Usually very good. Today I got the 14.99 breakfast and the eggs were dry and tasted awful. Very disappointed.

I love coming here. They have great service, and it is a well organized store. Ive had very little problems with food. One thing I would suggest is smaller pieces of feta in the festive salad. I got it today and there was too much feta chunks, and they were huge. It overpowered the salad. But overall, love this place and always would recommend to others.

Not a good experience at all. I wanted to purchase a frozen yogurt that they had to make for Me but she couldn't find the special cups they go in so I couldn't actually get it then I wanted to get a few scratch tickets but was refused cause they count them at a certain time so I want able to get that either. The tickets were still out on display so if you counted them at a certain time and they weren't for sale then the properthing to do is to take them down. I guess making money isn't important here. I wwill take my money somewhere that wants it.P.s. the staff member said they count them lottery tickets at 8:45 meanwhile it was 8:48 I guess it would have been too hard for her to deduct what I would have boughten. Maybe they should have staff that knew how to count instead of losing business.

I used to really love this place, but since Cara left to run her food truck it has really gone down hill. I have found very moldy bread for sale, the people that work in the deli do not follow health policy's like tying up there hair while working with food and they lie about ingredients in there food ( margin in butter tarts, when they claim it is butter) and things left out of fridges. I would stay clear.

Been visiting for 15 years now and always loved it but they've started cheaping out on sizes recently. The signature Paul Bunyan has probably dropped by 50% recently, it used to be a huge loaf and ton of meat but was sorely lacking on last visit. Same thing with meatball sub. Prices are over $15 for larges.

This is my favourite place to get a quick bite. The lasagna is to die for and the sandwiches are the best in town, on home-made bread produced on site no less. Staff is extremely busy and work like little beavers, so I'm okay with not always getting a smile. I get it. Recommend Cara's to anyone.
