i usually never write poor reviews, but the service here was absolutely disgusting. When i asked for it to be toasted, they toasted it for 10 seconds. My sub was made very poorly nearly everything was falling out of it. I’ve been to this location once before and the service was the same.

This location needs to be closed down it’s unbelievable how there’s no standards . Isn’t this a franchise this place is ruining your name mr subthe bread is old the owner cheeps out on everything don’t forget that subway is across the street. When fixing my sub he was literally digging and trying to find good vegetables amongst rotten ones to put on my sandwich I purchased 3 subs and 2 of them were thrown out because they were not eatable they were disgusting.A food inspector is definitely required to visit this place. You might as well throw your money in the garbage instead of eating here

This location used to be so good prior to covid. Since covid the bread is always stale, veggies are soggy and clumped together. You ask for pineapple or you're lucky if you get 3 tiny pieces. I recommend going to subway over this location.

The best location I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few location as I love my Mr. SUB!Always fresh, perfectly made and the owner is pleasant.

The gentleman server was very nice. The condiments were all over the place. The black olives were mixed with the mushrooms and more... my husband had to ask to have the grill cleaned before the sub was to go on. Ordered the BLT and it came with 6 slices of bacon, Subway gives you 16 slices. It makes a BIG difference. Not what I expected from this food chain. We left disappointed. This is the Mr.Sub at Rutherford and Bathurst.

I bought a sub for lunch - ordered an assorted on white. The bread was not fresh. It crumbled, seemed stale. I saw my sub doused in sub sauce. Maybe that was to add moisture to the bread? I wasn't impressed. Veggies were fresh and plentiful so no complaints there. I probably won't get a sub here again. Not this location anyway. Too bad...

Why do you guys let this location stay open it’s an insult to your brand. The bread is old while he was making the subs I guess it’s the owner he was separating the rotten vegetables from the good one to put on my sub I purchased 3 subs put 2 in the garbage. You might as well throw you money in the garbage instead of eating here. This place needs a visit from the food inspectors

Google and your storefront say open until 8pm on Saturday … showed up tonight at 7:40 pm to a dark and closed store. This has happened to us before here. Lost a customer, we will no longer come here.

They did not cut my sandwich the whole way and they did not give a lot of vegetables. Overall not a good experience.
