Shoppers Drug Mart

The retail cashiers are terrible. The younger staff are great. Polite, smiles helpful etc however a couple of full time older cashiers have a serious attitude problem in the way they speak to customers. My self, as a senior was not impressed. I use to do a lot of shopping their however since I moved my pharmacy across the street I am not in the store that much. After today thinking about whether the.senior discount is worth the disrespect.

rude and arrogant, Harpreet can be better and need to be empathetic with customers. its basic communication that she lacks. it’s disgusting to deal with such irresponsible egoistic attitude over and over, especially when we keep coming here over the years even after moving out to a far away place from this sullivan store. today she hit that loyalty. i believe she needs some sort of training in soft skills. i am tired if dealing with this store anymore and looking to move-out to closer one in south surrey. her racist behaviour is hurting the store.

My husband went to the panorama location and commented that the pharmacist there or the assistant was very rude, and he felt very uncomfortable. I called back to ask for the instructions for the medication and she was rude to me too and hang up the phone. I am not going there anymore to get my prescriptions. I know they are busy but they should have better customer service and show empathy to others.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving outstanding service from Dimple, an employee at Shopper Drug Mart. From start to finish, Dimple went above and beyond to ensure that my shopping experience was nothing short of exceptional.First and foremost, Dimple greeted me with a warm and friendly smile as soon as I entered the store. Her positive and approachable demeanor immediately put me at ease and made me feel welcome. She patiently listened to my needs and provided expert advice, guiding me towards the products that suited my requirements perfectly.

It’s extremely bad experience thereI went there yesterday evening.I got everything that I needed and I need one skin highlighter. I was last piece at selve and it was opened I went to that girl she was working her name was (DIMPLE) she said just wait m with another customer .I waited for 15 to 20 minutes there and I I asked how long I have to wait she said m busy .o my goodness she was so rude and she was looking at me with so aggressivelyI think they should need more training and be politeThanks

I visited the pharmacy several times to pick up prescriptions, and each time I had a terrible experience because of the same person. She was consistently rude, made me wait, and charged me even after my insurance had kicked in. Finally made the decision to never return to this location. I just want to say that one unpleasant individual can wreck an entire group of people.

It’s been a while since I’ve been dealt with so rudely. The pharmacy staff were uninterested in helping. They wanted me to go away. The assistant was dismissive and acted like I was a burden, and when I asked to speak with someone else, I got the pharmacist who was no different. I wanted to describe the experience with his assistant and he talked over me, ignored me, and then just hung up on me because he didn’t have time for me. Don’t use this pharmacy.7:45pm June 13

Just awful post office. One time they couldn’t findmy package that I was picking up, and tried to blame it being missing on the company who shipped it, only to find it after I asked them to look again. No one apologized to me, even though the lady working there was getting aggressive with me….it was SO unacceptable. Then I’m waiting forever just to pick up a package. There was a couple in front of me taking forever with what they needed, and the lady sees I have a pickup slip in my hand with no offer to grab it for me quickly or any reassurance that she would be with me shortly….and she was working SO slowly with ZERO sense of urgency. Customer service non existent here…

Shoppers is a very nice store, but lately we haven't had the best experience. Yesterday my 13 year old daughter and her friends came here to buy something, and they saw Easter chick toys that reminded them of when they were little. So they started twisting the toy to make it work, and placed it on the floor so the small toy can move. A few minutes later, they see a lady who works at shoppers, who started folding her arms and staring at them quite angerly. A few seconds later, she comes up to them and says rudley, This is not a playground." My daughter and her friends say sorry in a polite way. And the staff goes " YOU SHOULD BE!" My daughter and her friends were stunned! Like she cannot say that. If we can't put the toy there then she should of said that in a nicer way. That was not at all nice! One of my daughter's friends soon started to find that lady so they can see her name tag and report her
