My experience purchasing a bike at Cycology Bikes in Castlegar was nothing short of exceptional! I have had the opportunity to purchasing road bikes and mountain bikes in Canada and the USA and I must say this store stands out as the most friendly and supportive professional team I have encountered. Rob and his team are so welcoming and have a mission to provide excellence in the service they provide to the biking community.Regardless of the profession, it is important to recognize individuals who show a passion for their work and truly bring their heart and soul to the workplace on a daily basis. I want to therefore extend a special thanks to Shawn, our salesman, who devoted so much time to make sure my wife and I were informed about the bikes we purchased. Shawn went above and beyond by helping us learn how to gear up and down and use the breaking system in an effective manner. He took us out and let get comfortable riding on the road and on trails. Shawn shared some of his personal experiences and advised us about local trails. We will be forever grateful for his patience, professionalism, and dedication.

Initially they didn’t answer the phone so I left a voicemail but surprisingly they called back within the hour. The guy on the phone was great to talk to and deal with, very knowledgeable.They didn’t have product in stock but was easy to order in over the phone with a quick delivery time.I’ve ran into some of the Cycology team on the trails and they’re always good/easy to chat with.

These guys are AMAZING! We are on a cross Canada bike trip and my bottom bracket was seriously messed. These boys fit me in at the very end of the day and had everything fixed up in 20 minutes!!!! They provided some phenomenal information about the bike route and were super helpful. Thank you guys times a million!!!!

Best customer experience in the Kootenays and surrounding area. Rob & team were outstanding to deal with. Very patient with our endless questions, very articulate and thorough in their explanation of the bikes and their recommendations on accessories. There is no better bike shop (we know, we checked them all).

The selection of bikes, parts, and accessories is just what anyone would want in a high end bike shop. And hey, if you don’t want to break the bank, they still have great options in that regard too. Love the suspension services offered. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable. And they are happy to order things in if something isn’t in stock.All staff went above and beyond when setting me and my wife up with our new enduro rigs!

As visitors to Castlegar we were in need of a flat tire repair on our way out of town. They were quick to help and offered lessons on how to change a tire as they repaired ours. Excellent insights and advice for next time.

Rob and his team are just awesome. I grew up in the area and had a major issue on my bike during a vacation home. All the shops in the area said they had no time and no options for me to get back out on the trails during my vacation. Cycology got me in quickly and had me back on the trails in a couple of days. Don't mess with any other shops in the area. These guys are very skilled, prices are good, and customer service is impeccable. I'll be back to spend some more $$ in Rob's shop soon.Thanks so much
