I had a time constraint and needed a patio door for my tenant. Thankfully they were able to install it within the week! Most places I called was at least 2 weeks

Pro Windows gave me a great price on a 8ft patio door + installation. The process from me calling peter to having the door installed was <1 week. in terms of pricing, compared to other quotes i received, peters price was very fair. I would recommended this company

If I could put 0 stars I would. We ordered our windows through them, had them installed by a contractor. The windows are all warped, not sealing properly, I’ve contacted them multiple times to have this resolved and have since been blocked by ‘Peter’. Initially he was great to deal with, very responsive, and willing to help. Now he’s not at all. I will not recommend this business to anyone. I have 1 window that 1 lock won’t even catch. It’s so warped. I ordered 2 doors 1 big bay window and 2 smaller windows, the doors and the bay window are perfect. The 2 smaller windows are probably the worst and cheapest window I’ve ever seen and had to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Quickest patio door delivery in the GTA. Peter and Zach were very helpful and even guided me through the installation process after the order was complete. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for patio doors and windows.

Hired Pro Windows out of Woodbridge to supply and install a 5ft patio sliding door and small window. As far as the actual product, the sliding door and window appear to be of good quality however completing the project was a struggle. The finish work around the patio door trim is absolutely terrible nor was it rectified to our satisfaction, wood trim was damaged and patched with silicone, and sharp aluminum scraps were left on the ground. Dealing with Peter initially was pleasant but towards the completion, this once simple project became frustrating and is not something I want to experience again with this firm. Advice for future clients, please make it clear within the scope all that is to be included in the base price. I also recommend that you specify how and what materials will be used to complete all the trim work. Peter’s customer service treatment at the end was very unprofessional most specifically when questioning the quality of work. Our patio door was left incomplete and no warranty letter/certificate provided.
