Mississauga Clinic (Formerly Urgent Care Clinic)

Opens at 10, so I arrived at 10. Doctor didn't arrive on site until 11:15. I was the first signed in and still wasn't scene until 11:30.

The staff was courteous every time I’ve been there. The doctor was knowledgeable and polite. I did not have to wait long to see the doctor and would come again and recommend this clinic.

If I could leave less than one star I would. The people who work here are rude and don’t know how to do their job. Took an hour for someone to pick up the phone just to get immediately hung up on. Called back and finally got ahold of the receptionist who then refused to let me speak to the doctor that helped me and refused to allow me to come for a doctors note even though I’ve been off work for over a week unable to walk due to injury. Told me that they do not ‘do’ doctors notes and refused to fill out forms for my work. Honestly a preschool could provide better healthcare than the people who work here. Embarrassing.

Don't bother. Was asked to go to an urgent care facility after speaking with telehealth and all they would provide me was a phone consultation. No examination given - only one person waiting. Don't waste your time.

You may do well if you call first to check on the mood of the “doctors” there first before you visit.They have a serious attitude problem and dish out more moral judgements than medical advice.In times past it was good, but the good ones ran away and i don’t blame them.The receptionists are no better, if they ever smiled, their face may crack.Im serious, they are miserable.Try to find one where they know about patient care and human respect.

I had a very thorough visit with the doctor for the first time at this clinic. Even though he did not have any of my previous medical history he listened to my concerns and was able to help and provide me with what I needed and my requests. Thanks

Came in with my asthma problems and the doctor was about to leave, he said give me one minute I’ll check it out so you can have your prescription, it was also Saturday and no one would be open on SundayCame to this place as my last resort now I 100% will comeback if I have any problems in the future

Miserable experience in that the clinic is asking fully vaccinated patients to get self Covid test before a doctor would see an urgent care patient. They would direct the patient to the in-house pharmacy who would sell the self test kit at $20 while such kits are given free by pharmacies like Shoppers drug mart or Rexhall. This process to my knowledge is not happening in other clinics where I have been to. Callous consideration for the patient rather emphasis on a $20 self test kit…..Not recommended!

Let me tell you here and also pass my message to Dr who prescribed me such a strong antibiotics over the phone without seeing me physically and without doing my swab test and diagnose that i had upper respiratory infection. And i am stupid enough to belive him and took that course for 14 days 1000mg daily. That high dose for 14 days ruined my immune\gut system. As soon as I finished that course I continuously felt nausea and low grade fever each single day. I spent 18 hours in an emergency trying to find what was happening with me and they were also not happy with your Dr's advice to give me such a high dose without physical checkup. It's now been 2 month since I took that antibiotics. My symptoms are still the same as they kill my good bacteria. Who knows if it was actually a bacterial infection or I had just a viral infection. I am spending my time and my money. Specialist now running my abdominal Ct Scan. I went for acupuncture today and she diagnosed me that i have SIBO. My whole discussion has only one conclusion to let your doctors know to not prescribe such a high dose with out physical checkup. I will never recommend anyone to visit Mississauga Urgent Care Medical Clinic. I am very much disappointed and angry with your service.

STAY AWAY. My husband has been sick in bed with C* for a week. Finally went in to see if there was something he could take. The doctor literally yelled at him for coming in. If you can’t handle sick patients, I think you’ve chosen the wrong career.
