Excellent service, knowledgable staff and great prices!

Been renting from and dealing with these guys for a while and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Returned my call. Always a plus in Newfoundland. No follow-up yet, but I remain hopeful.

We rented a motorized wheel barrel for a week. Since it was brand new and we were the first renters for this equipment, we had some issues with the motor. I called Tuesday morning and Brandon came to our house to fix it within an hour. On Friday evening, the motor wouldn't start. Crosstown was closed for the weekend but I left a message and Brandon called me back on Saturday morning. He came to check the equipment but we had it running with a new spark plug. Brandon gave us his cell number and told us we could call with any issues. He also offered us a discount on the rental fee even though I didn't request a discount. This is the first time we have had any problems with the rented equipment but they provided great service on this one instance when we had issues.

Had what i needed, price was very competitive, counter service was great and equipment performed perfectly.

I rented a vacuum for extracting insulation, and I have to say, it did not work well at all.It took me 3 hours to extract just one 10x10 room.I mentioned it to the staff and they just said it qas fine when it left the store.Oh yeh, they didn't have a 100 feet of hose attached when they checked it.

Good equipment and well stocked. Helpful staff.
