I recently visited 33 Acres Brewing and wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding the service we experienced. While I was impressed with the quality of the beer and the atmosphere of the brewery, we unfortunately encountered some unkind and unfair service during our visit.I understand that working in the hospitality industry can be challenging, especially during busy times, but I felt that the attitude of one of the staff members was dismissive, unfriendly, and not understanding at all. As a customer, we value being treated with respect and kindness, and unfortunately, that was not our experience on this occasion.I wanted to bring this to your attention as I believe that the service provided by your staff plays a crucial role in shaping the overall customer experience. I appreciate the effort that your team puts into providing a great product, and I am confident that with a little attention to customer service, 33 Acres Brewing could provide an even better experience for its patrons.Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.

Beer is top class!! No doubt about that. Color , taste, crispiness and finish is unsurpassed. One of the best beer I have tried. However 20 bucks for a pack of 4 is simply a bloody rip off. Seriously ?? $5.00 for a can of beer? In the government liquor store similar if not the same taste for a Czech or German beer you pay 2.25 at the most. I tried it , it is fine ,but for the price they charge , never again. I guess that place is for people with deeper pockets ,not for me. Fix your prices or you will start loosing customers.

We waited about 10 mins for an outdoor table around 4:15pm; it’s seat yourself and then order at the bar. Unfortunately they stopped serving coffee at 4 so we missed out there, but the ginger beer I had was delicious and folks enjoyed their beers. My biggest complaint was the popcorn I ordered for $5 that was clearly made several hours before and pulled off an open-air shelf by an employee when I ordered it. It was, as you’d expect, stale, and I’m a little puzzled admittedly as to why popcorn couldn’t be made (or even kept?) fresh daily. I had a pretzel that had some interesting sides and was okay, though admittedly a little misshapen.Okay stop for a pricey locally brewed drink, but I think the rest went over my head.

I was looking forward to visiting 33 Acres but I have to say that it was not a pleasant experience. The bartender had no interest in being in the building, let alone serving us with anything short of a curt and surly attitude. The beer is decent enough but $19 for a flight (after tax and tip - the tip was added to the bill before he even started pouring) is rather expensive. Add to that $8 plus tax/tip for a non-alcoholic ginger beer(!?!) and some $6 chips and dip (not homemade or anything - just unceremoniously dumped on a plate from a large bag) and you have yourself a bill just shy of $40 for a rather uncomfortable 45 minutes.

Often my first stop when traveling to Vancouver. 33Acres IPA’s are a craft beer favorite and brewery snacks and food is delicious. Highly recommend their weekend brunch options. Friendly staff makes for an all around pleasant experience.

I'm not a huge fan of most beers and they don't ever seem to have sours, so I have never tried their brews, but they do have good coffee and awesome smaller healthier food options that are great. I'm a huge fan of their breakfast and the rosemary smash potatoes. They will also do growlers here which is pretty cool.

Fantastic local brewery. Great beers, good range and all done pretty well. My favourites are the French blanche and schwarzbier but everything I've tried has been above average. Great selection of snacks and excellent vibes.

You can’t go wrong with 33. Seriously though.I recently had the pleasure of stopping in at 33 Acres Brewing after nearly a year. And I must say this place never disappoints. It was an amazing experience. The beer was incredibly delicious (as always) and the atmosphere (good music too) was super friendly and inviting. The staff at 33 are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always going out of their way to make sure I enjoy my time and have a good time.I would highly recommend stopping in for a pint or two if you're ever near the area as it's a really great establishment. The outdoor seating is also awesome and a great way to enjoy a sunny day. Cheers!

Really enjoy coming here with friends. The beer menu is great (recommendation: my favourite so far is 33 Acres of Sunshine) and we love the neighbourhood vibe. Plus, for after-work gatherings, the easy snack selection makes for a good tie-over to dinner plans afterwards.
