Large place clean as well... didnt have what i was looking for but that is ok...The only thing i would say is the gun department needs a little bit more training, the young person had no clue what i was talking about... but all good we all have to start some where.

Huge line up and only 2 check out lanes open.2 separate young staff on the floor moving stock recognized the problem and jumped in to open their tills.There was no official call for help nor did they see each other opening as they came from different areas.It shortened the wait for everyone in line by a lot of time.Showed great incentive and work ethic in my opinion.

Friendly and professional. Very helpful staff. I was looking for certain items and they were very kind to direct me and help me to find other things.

Good place my son works here and they are all very nice people I bought some suspenders yesterday and had nothing but great service

I will forever LOVE Canadian Tire!! Staff is always helpful and friendly, but my favorite thing about this business is their APP!!!as someone with Social Anxiety talking face to face isn't always easy, but their App is a Game changer!!!If im ever not up to chat with staff, I just search for what I want on the App, and it will Literally tell me which Aisle my item is in and how much they have in stock!!!!In this day and age this is a god send!!!Thank you so much Canadain Tire for being so awesome!!<3 You will probably be my favorite store forever :)

It is May 29, 2023 and our car has been in the automotive garage for 5 weeks (well mostly sitting in the parking lot)! We brought it in for front brakes ….then they had the wrong size pads and had to order them (one week) then a line needed replacing ( another week) then another part was needed they did not have ( another week) …… seriously this is NOT OK!!!!! We need our car fixed and back to us please!!!!!!! PS can not drive it until the brakes are done. Anyone else have this experience?????

Came here to have my tires switched over, I show up just before 1 and they told me my appointment was at 2, then the manager says there was a cancellation at 1 so they can get me in a little earlier, left my car out there till 2 anyway, so I sat here for an hour for nothing, a man comes in, has an issue with tires he bought here last fall, wants someone to look at them, so they stop working on my car to deal with that, then they start again, then they tell me there is an issue, there is a hole in the wall of one of my tires and it can’t be repaired, I have to buy a new tire. Last fall when I was about to have my summer tires taken off and winters put on, I told them I had hit a pot hole and wanted to know if there was damage to the tire or the rim and to please let me know if I needed to replace anything. It was switched and nothing said about my tires or rims so I thought it was fine. The inconsistencies in the service and the value of it is not worth the price they charge. I used to love coming here, that changed today.

In Terrace B.C., in my experience, it is awful. The store is fine. It's what you could expect, but the people. On several visits, and on every visit, I feel an under the surface predjudice" vibe. They always seem like they don't want to help me. I'm not trying to create controversy. And I will not tarnish a business name. But yes
