I'm a superintendent for Reid's Heritage homes we quite often need equipment in a pinch, Pauline somehow manages to get me what I need in a timely fashion.I've never dealt with Herc before so I can't speak for other locations but the Cambridge location has repeatedly bent over backwards to make sure our site kept running.Dealing with Herc Cambridge gives you're that small-town feeling. Pauline reaches out at least once a week to check in and make sure everything is as it should be.If the equipment goes down due to wear and tear the maintenance team is out there the same day to get us back up and running. Very nice to deal with. Rented a skidsteer and plate compactor for the weekend. Dropped off right on time and price was very fair and equipment ran perfect. Much easier to deal with as a home owner than some other places.
