My furnace stopped working while I was out of town. I called reliance late in the evening and they responded with by setting up an appointment for a technician to come out the next morning. The technician was on time to meet my contact at the house and was quick to diagnose the problem. The technician then worked to get the parts needed in a timely manner and proceeded to repair my furnace professionally. I will definitely be using this company in the future for my maintenance and repair needs

From initial contact with the sales rep to the install date, communication was clear with no surprises! The sales process, which largely took place over the phone, was conducted by Jared who is knowledgeable and easy to talk to, knew exactly what was needed for my home. He paid an in-person visit to do some checks and measurements. The install team, led by Blake showed up on time and got to work straight away. I had a few questions that were answered quickly. The workmanship is excellent. The modification made to the furnace to accommodate the AC shows excellent craftsmanship. The placement of lines, the AC unit, and electrical work are highly professional and done with care and attention to detail. It took the install team about 6 or 7 hours from start to cool air moving in the house. I highly recommend Reliance!

I rarely write reviews but with the service I experienced, I felt it was necessary. I have brand new house in Calgary and looking for authentic Ac company with warranty grantee. I found reliance company the best out of other service because it comes with 10 year warranty. The whole experience was actually really great. Jatinder Narang is the sales person who came to the house to go over everything with us. I Highly recommend him if you're interested with reliance. He was very upfront and helpful the entire time. He made sure the installs were done quickly and put the request on the priority base. Get everything done in one week. Moreover, I also get good discount from the manger. Highly recommended this company.

I had an AC unit which was not blowing cold air. Called reliance and got a technician at my place on the same day. BTW reliance is 24/7 open which is great! Found out i had a leaking line from my condenser and was losing refrigerant. They fill it up enough for the actual repair date can be don, as it take more time to repair it. It was working again which was great, but it needs to be fixed from the leak. 2 days after Keith came and did the work. The guy was great, very polite and very thorough. He found the leak and took his time to check every other possible locations it could happen. He explained in lay men’s language how things could work and what not. I am totally satisfied with the service provided and with the warranty on my unit I paid nothing. I rarely trust people working at my place for quality reasons, but this one I do. And I strongly recommend and trust Reliance for my cooling system. They don’t just do good service but also stick to their words in terms of warranty. Good luck!

Technician Troy was here as agreed. As per City of Calgary Inspection, the copper pipe in question can not be covered as per Troy technical information. I appreciate him taking the time to explain to me the reasoning behind this decision. He also levelled the bottom plate accordingly. All in all, I’m very satisfied with his professional take on both the issues. I consider the case done to satisfaction. I’m somewhat surprised that your maintenance department does not have that Inspection report available to them. I also want to send a big Thank You to Jessica for helping me resolving this issue. And thank you to Troy and his team.

I asked for a regular maintenance check on my AC and furnace. I did not expect such excellent and thorough service. The company sent Becky, their only female service person. I watched as she methodically took apart my furnace and put it back together. She explained at every step what she was doing and why it was important. My AC unit was completely cleaned ad checked and my thermostat was set to make both unit run efficiently. Thank you, Reliance (and Becky) for such professional service.

Daniel MacDougall was not only very knowledgeable but he demonstrated true professionalism throughout the entire presentation. Most quotes came in and out of the home. He spent over 2 hours going throw various options and he was the only one to recommend the slim unit as we have limited space at the property. I would recommend Reliance Home Comfort to anyone looking to get an Air Conditioner.
