Excellent quality and service all around.The inspection was very thorough and detailed, and the report was comprehensive, but also very easily understandable; the inclusion of hyperlinks on various sections for further reading was really helpful. The report was delivered very quickly - the following day.Shaun was friendly and professional, and offered us advice and tips on maintaining the home while we did the walkthrough; he clearly has a passion for what he does.Booking and payment processes were also very straightforward and efficient.All in all, not a bad word can be said!
