Health Card with picture, Canadian passport with picture and paper with name, address and health card number on it are not good enough to get inside the building as they require, an identification with your address on it". Could not get in to renew health card with an appointment made on May 3 and had to pay taxi to get there and back to apartment. I am a senior citizen with mobility issues and a walker as well as being on CPP. Policy change needed here."
