From beginning to end the experience with Prestige was effortless. Pulled out over 24 feet of stub wall and added a wood and metal railing. It transformed the entire house. Dennis was very patient and helpful during the planning process. The installer was a complete professional. I could not get over how quickly the work was completed. Can't say enough good things. We were leaving for spring break, but we also wanted to have our railing replaced before we go, Jeff was very helpful the whole time, responded to our inquiries very promptly, open about options/prices, and worked with us to fit the installation within our schedule. Ian, who installed the railing for us was very professional, and quality is top notch. Throughout the whole process the communication was clear and precise, no hidden fees or any surprises. We had a small staircase where we wanted to replace the handrail. Kody was amazing at putting a quote together and fitting us into their schedule. Casey came to build the handrail and was amazing. He did a beautiful job, was delightful and went above and beyond the job. I really can’t say enough about both the good experience and the quality of the work. Thank you so much!

Chris from Prestige railings was always on time and was doing a great job, when I had questions , he tried to answer them to our satisfaction. At one point we were not happy about something and he replaced the piece to our satisfaction. They go over and beyond to make the customers happy. The only thing that I would have to say is that they need to communicate more with the customer, especially if you are in the house when the work is being done. There is a mistake that was done and could have been avoided if a question would have been asked.

We needed to go pick out a railing as part of our renovation and after having been through a number of experiences I can honestly say, this was one of the easiest, fastest, and best overall experiences for picking our selection. You walk in, and everything is laid out in a manner you'd actually expect. Seriously, if you need stairs / railings done. Just use these guys.
