Lash lift worked the first time and then when I went another time my lashes did not curl at all, they looked as if I had never even been. Wouldn't refund me for the lack of results. Will not be returning.

Melissa really takes the time and care to make sure your lashes look perfect. I have really sensitive eyes and she played with glues to make sure I could keep my lashes and not be in pain haha! Melissa makes her home location and other rental location feel so comfortable and inviting. I would recommend Melissa to anyone! If you want great service call her today.

I got Kitty Lashes applied at the Kitchener location and Melissa was fantastic. I have pretty high anxiety and was nervous about keeping my eyes closed for a long time but Melissa worked quickly and efficiently and provided a relaxing atmosphere. I love the look of the lashes, very natural. I have already booked another appointment to convert to a whole set! I'm obsessed!

I regularly get a lash lift and tint and they always look perfect! I never end up with burning eyes from the tint (which I've had a problem with in the past at other places). Melissa is always very accommodating!

This woman is rude as hell. And not even “maybe she’s having a bad day” rude. She’s obviously showcasing one personality to her clients and one to the people who provide her customer service so that she can PROVIDE BUSINESS TO HER CLIENTS.Disgusting attitude and manners towards people. Never in my years of customer service have I had the misfortune of dealing with someone who is as horrific as her.Remember to be kind to people, the customer service workers you speak to over the phone can also be potential future clients - or not in this case.Have a nice day :)

I booked a lash lift, tint, and dip. When I go there, she said that she couldn’t do the dip (she didn’t have the materials). I had to confirm my appointment, yet she told me when I go there that she couldn’t do it. I would have cancelled.At any rate, I got the lash tint and lift. While doing the lift, we were chatting and she commented that my previous lash extensions must have been done incorrectly, because she never gets breakage from hers. Fine. But when we were done, my lashes curled sideways rather than up. And they are so curled that they touch my eyelid.And when I left, my coat smelled like smoke.Any one can have a bad day with application, but to accept my booking when she had no intention of doing what I booked - that’s the problem!
