one of the worst place in the world to park. the parking attendant (fat attendant) was so rude that we didn't know how use the check out gave me death threats not knowing how to pay when going out. i would've given 0 stars if google reviews allowed me, never coming back ever again. DONT PARK HERE

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about. It is a quiet parking lot in a quiet mall that is probably past its prime. However, it was easy to get in and out. There was adequate signs to stairwells and the elevator to the mall. It is a clean, well lit garage that wasn't creepy at all. In comparison, most Green P parking lots are dirtier and smell like urine! Good value for parking right downtown! The only con is that the max height is 183cm (6ft) so taller vehicles won't fit.

Flat RateC$10.00(Sat-Sun In after 8am Out by 6pm)The Flat Rate posted as $10.00 but I was charged $18.00 for 2 hours parking 2pm to 4pm on Sunday.

Black mold cover the ceiling of this place. This is a serious health hazard and this place should have been closed down ages ago. This is a black mark on the credibility of the whole indigo parking chain.

Like someone has said before, this place is a scam. The sign outside says flat rate of $10 on weekends from 10 to 6 or so, but when I came out after parking from 1 to 5, it charged me $18

Little to no signage about exits and location within garage, eerily quiet and motion sensor lights so that many corners of the garage are dark.Elevator not working and no sign or alternate route suggested to get out of garage.

Great location to walk around Chinatown, starting from Chinatown Centre. Not very busy and cashless. Signage seems clean and updated, some infrastructure past its prime, but expected from $12 all day price.
