Wayne who always works the counter is always super friendly and in a great mood. The same can be said for the rest of the staff. As a collector, I found the store never had anything in, but that has changed over the last year or so. Their selection has greatly improved and I'm happy we have a TRU in Canada!

Hats off to the staff tonight. We are a small group who raise money all year just to give gifts to children at Christmas. From the young staff who helped scan for prices , great job Josh, to the manager who helped us get to our goal of 1300 dollars worth of gifts while saving over 500. The check out guy was excellent as we were over 5 carts full and we came in at 1300.75. Great job to the guys and gals at Toys”R”Us.

Kids love this place. Kids love shopping in-store - what kid wants to shop online? Do your kids a favor and take them to the store!

Great collection but most items are overpriced. If Amazon / walmart has it, it'll most likely be cheaper. But that's the case with any toys r us. Staffs were very friendly.

Wrong item shipped to my house. Would not exchange. required that I make new order and do leg work to return old item. Refused to reimburse shipping of original item. Refused to reimburse original item until shipped. still dealing with them more than a week later.

This is your typical Toys R Us store and probably has the best selection of toys in Saint John. We've always had good experiences here and enjoy the free Wi-Fi.

Store was clean, very stocked, lots of variety.

Staffs are always very friendly. The selections are great. There are occasions that many things go on sale. Somehow, I notice that some Lego sets are priced $1 more than Suggested price that Lego sells them for.

The best selection of toys and games for children, nicely split up between ages and genders. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Don't be afraid to ask if you are looking for something they don't have out on display, I had a nice young lady go find a particular game that wasn't on the shelf, and another suggested a new board game for my niece. Store is slightly small and hasn't been updated in a awhile, but seems ok for the size of the city and location.

Crib and matching dresser on sale, and 1-night only extra 15% for grandparents and pkg of receiving blankets for each purchase over $$$. Because dresser not in store, had to order and at that time, didn't qualify for the extra 15% or the second pkg of receiving blankets (when picked up 15% then given). Wouldn't deliver to a home address 2 hours away, although a store is in that area too. Decided to get delivered to SJ store, we picked up crib and dresser and delivered to my granddaughter. We had to pay for shipping to the SJ store (which they discounted). Lady employee very helpful and did what she could within the confines of the policy. Picked up over 3 weeks later and asked about being charged for shipping, employee checked into it and for some scientific reason we were required to pay for shipping. Pricey place, they wouldn't post my review so I did it here.
