We were very impressed with the level of attention and detail they paid to us from the beginning. They listened to what we wanted to find, and we got multiple good candidates back that matched our criteria -- ultimately, we were choosing between many candidates, which is a good problem to have. We tried to source locally (care.com, newspaper, etc.) first, but with no luck. In addition to connecting us with great talent, they also were very helpful in the process to, both, us and the candidates. The agency helped us find our perfect match, and we're so happy we leveraged them. I would use them again in a heart beat!
