Been getting massages done by Robyn recently and I always leave feeling less tense and rejuvenated! Knowledgable, kind, and overall, always a great experience.

I went there for a massage and just WOW. From walking in I was greeted to a beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing front desk. The receptionist at the time was Dr. Clark and she made everything pleasant from setting up my insurance to genuinely connecting with me. They ask that you switch from your outside shoes to comfortable slippers that they provide (adorable)! The massage and experience itself with Melanie was lovely, she made me feel so welcomed and helped me solve where I needed support. All around was a lovely experience and I’m currently booking my next appointment to go on back in! Thank you Crafted Balance!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr Fiona Callender!!!!! She is very attentive, responsive, kind, thorough and has helped me navigate many health concerns. Highly recommend her and her gorgeous and welcoming clinic!

I've never written a review before but feel compelled to unfortunately. While my experience with the dr was great, this clinic practices without empathy, especially to women's issues which is such a shame. At three months postpartum I discovered a breast lump and had to have it seen to at the hospital urgently. When I notified crafted balance of this last minute cancellation and explained the reason hoping to rebook I was charged 100 dollars. I wrote back explaining due to the size of my growth this was ordered as stat and I had to prioritize a clinic appointment I had at that time over the 30 minute follow up virtual appointment with the ND. The response was that they were upholding the 100 dollar charge. I strongly consider Crafted Balance reconsider this policy especially for extenuating circumstances such as this. To have more stress placed upon your patients in these times of need, especially as a women's clinic demonstrates that the patients are not at the heart of your clinic, but financial interest truly is. Unfortunately I would recommend seeking care elsewhere if you are truly looking for patient first care, empathy, and understanding.
