I been going to Bag-O-Sand to get my pond supplies every spring, for years. The have a great selection of pond equipment and supplies at very competitive prices.The staff is always friendly and helpful.I had to bring back a pump as it was not working properly and they warrantied it with no problems.

Ordered 5 yards of black mulch; received only 3 1/2. Called to inquire and was told the owner loaded the truck himself; that there was 5 yards in the truck, and she did not have authorization to deal with the discrepancy. I offered to send an email with pictures and calculations, which I did. Many hours passed so I called again. Then advised they'll deliver 1.5 yards. They actually delivered 2 yards as a goodwill gesture. Ordered 5 yards of limestone screenings; advising the rental of a skidsteer and a tamper, and hired an operator to come the next morning at 7:00 a.m. They did not deliver same day as promised. They did not deliver the next day; however, I received a call advising they won't be delivering it - leaving me LITERALLY SCRAMBLING to find limestone screenings for same day delivery. Fortunately, AS IN YEARS PAST, LESLIE SAND AND GRAVEL delivered 5 (five) yards within hours. Hat's off to LESLIE SAND AND GRAVEL. Based on my experience, I do NOT recommend anyone dealing with Bag-O-Sand Inc. in Orangeville, Ontario

Called to get some prices for screening and mulch and dealt with a super nice gentleman on the phone. Got me all sorted out with delivery done within and hour of ordering. Will definitely use their services again in the near future.

Ordered A" gravel (crusher run) and limestone screening from here. The guy on the phone was able to help me right away and was spot on for how many yards of the aggregates i needed for the interlock job i was taking on. Very fast delivery as well. Overall

They are good people to deal with, honest and straightforward with good prices. We have bought material from them a number of times with absolutely no problems at all. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer service. I posted in April how poorly I was treated as a returning customer of 3 years. Keep up your poor attitude towards your customers, Bag-O-Sand, your competitors will definitely benefit!Update April 2022After a year I gave them another chance, tried to order the same product as I previously did for 3 seasons. Was told that they Never Carried Anything Like That". The scourneful and dismissive attitude made me realize it's no longer worth my time. I suggest GB Stone on Mayfield Rd

Sometimes getting good firewood can be difficult if you're one of those wood burning in the wintertime kind of people.I've been coming to bag of sand for quite a while now to get my wood every winter because it's always consistent always a good price Peter is always glad to see that's coming to get his wood thanks again Peter see you soon.

Avoid, avoid and avoid. Owner who is loading bulk materials short changes customers between 25%-30% on the product. Inappropriate behavior, unprofessional, dishonest and super rude owner.

Picked up 10 bags if salt & sand. Wad in and out in 15 minutes.
