The Alberta Residential Landlord Association is hands down the most educated and organized association my company is apart of. We are part of the service side of members and enjoy the opportunity to participate in events and network. Even with Covid concerns they have been innovative in their ways in marketing and functions. I would highly recommend any landlord, property management company or supplier to join this association.

If you are a landlord in Alberta, join ARLA! The educational seminars are a wealth of information and being able to connect with other landlords across the province is a huge benefit. They also connect landlords with service members in the industry and provide exceptional advice, and support. If you are looking for notices or lease agreements don’t opt for the random ones you find online, ARLA has proper forms and notices that are compliant with the RTA and help protect your rights. No matter how many doors you have they are always there to welcome you and help support landlords across the province.
