Great service, friendly. We needed our septic tank pumped and Brian was on time, fast and friendly. But the best part: our 3 year old insisted on watching (and smelling!) the entire process. Brian was patient and careful with having to work around her, and after he was all packed up and cleaned up, he came out of his truck with a bag of toys for her to pick a toy from. She thought it was the best thing ever.

Brian was extremely friendly, efficient and very thoughtful. He was considerate of my front yard and didn't want to ruin my flowers with his hose so we moved vehicles to access the septic tank with as little harm to plants. I was impressed with his recognition of the importance of my yardwork and minimizing any damage.I highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again. His demeanor and presence was respectful, caring and amiable.

I would definitely recommend Brian Graf if you need your septic tank cleaned, he is reasonably priced, professional, got back to me right away and arrived when he said he would. Our septic tank was full as it should have been sucked out sooner, apparently it needs to be done every 3-5 years depending on how many people you have in your household. (We also had to cut our irrigation piping as it was installed right over top of the lid, what are the odds?!) I'll call you sooner next time:) Thanks again!

Brian was one of the very few Septic companies we tried to reach that actually Answered the phone when we were in dire need for pumping of our septic over the holiday season. He went above and beyond to help us and he knows his stuff. He has now earned another loyal life long customer because of it. He is honest, does what he says and I would highly recommend to anyone we know, in need of this type of specialized service.

Shout out to Brian Graf for a job well done!We had no idea where our septic tank access was, but he took the time and found it for us buried deep in the partly frozen ground.He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what it was he had to do to get to it.A really nice guy. We had our septic pump cleaned. Brian was on time and professional. Value for service was on point. He gave me tips for co tinued maintenance and tips in ensuring my septic system stays alive and well. He was fast too. Great Job. We are in Joe Rich and Brian came out from Lake Country. I will continue use Graf for all my septic needs and would highly recommend Brian to get the job done right.
