I must change my review. The food is still pretty good, but the service, ....just no service. Got there were 3 person working in the front. After saying hi, one just asks me if I have an order, for what I say yes I do. She never care to ask my name. After 5 mins, one of the other employees ask hers if she’s preparing my order, and the first girl just says that she’s busy. So finally the second girl asks my name and gives me my order. Don’t bother ordering there!

Taste is great and I will be back for sure however the pieces were not cut even and I had to wait 30 mins until order was ready. No worries, it was busy that time and I understand. Thx

Poor Service and customer service.Placed an order on-line. And when it was time to pick up the order they called me up to tell me that the sushi roll machine was broken. I showed up at the restaurant and they lady(owner or manager) told me the same thing and NO REFUND will be given because the order was made on-line. August order #39xx. I argued and complained and nothing was done.Used to be a loyal customer and visited frequently . Buyer beware... NO MORE. Never was given a refund. All LIES

I called last night aprox. 6 pm to order a 100 piece box for 12 o'clock today Sunday.I explained it was for a birthday lunch and it needed to be ready for 12 noon. People were waiting for this entrée.The employee was alone. Had to prepare my order, answer and take phone orders and there were other customers waiting.I finally left with my order at 12:30.Not impressed. Very poorly managed.

Used to be good, but whenever I order on Uber Eats, the store takes over an hour to process a small order, and other times, they're sold out of almost all combos. Although I love their poke bowls, Id rather have the service from other sushi restaurants, even if they're further.

Horrible service. You should teach your staff how to make sushi properly. Sunrise pizza missing avocado. Charged me tartar de thon yet I ordered a Maki tuna tartar. Supposed to be 8.95 and not 10.95

CELIACS BEWARE. Do not order from here if you have a gluten allergy or are celiac you will be poisoned. Went to pick up my order to see a bunch of kids preparing the food who had no idea what cross contamination is. They have no organized process for gluten free food, they are clueless. Was in the bathroom all night, never ever again. For my 1 night of suffering you get a 1 star that will impact future customers ( next time at least care about people’s allergies) wish I can give -10.

Two years ago, I gave this place a 1 star review because the manager was terrible. Well, today my husband went back and wow what a change! I don’t know if it’s the same manager, but the two ladies that were working were super friendly and nice! Will definitely be going back!

Utterly disgusted at the customer service, or should I say entirely a lack thereof. We ordered a platter of 100 sushi pieces that was supposed to be delivered within the hour.When we called to OFFER to come pick up the order instead of having it delivered, they said they can’t change the order status for some reason. So we had to continually wait for the order for > 2 hours with the most rude and disrespectful employee on the other side.What was supposed to be a simple 100$+ order, turned into a 2+ hour wait and a horrible exchange with the restaurant. We will never order from here again.

I’ve been a loyal and recurring customer at Sushi Shop since the opening of their first Atwater location, but this shop makes me wondering what kept me a client for so long. I’ve heard to avoid this restaurant on Chemin d’Oka many times but I still wanted to give them a try... And I’ve never been so disappointed in a service.I ordered a special meal for the first Father’s Day I celebrated with my husband because he loves sushis. This order has been placed at 6PM and at 8PM I got a message saying that the order was cancelled because they had no delivery service available anymore. We waited for 2 hours for our dinner to realize that we were not going to eat anymore. In search for a solution, I called them to discuss the options and on top of being rude, they told me that I had to come directly to the restaurant to pick up my order and that my initial discount was not applicable anymore because they had too many orders. I sincerely understand that this was a busy day for them and that’s why I was flexible but seing that this is their standards in term of customer service is making me considering to go somewhere else for sushis.It saddens me to admit that this restaurant totally ruined our special occasion.Avoid this place.
