In Dogs We Trust

We have done puppy obedience as well as intermediate obedience with both of our dogs through In Dogs We Trust as well as Hollywoof with one of them too. We constantly get compliments on how well behaved our dogs are especially considering they are both 70+ lbs each. We recommend them to everyone who asks us where they were trained! Taylor was an amazing trainer to work with and I'm sure we will be back again one day!

Although I’m on the other side of the world, I can honestly say that Melissa’s training has been invaluable… not only for the relationships with my animals but also for my business. I have had multiple online sessions with her and they have been exceptional. Melissa has the ability to read and understand the animals on a personal level, each one requiring a different approach. She is flexible and imaginative when it comes to training new behaviours both for the film industry and for general behaviour. I can highly recommend In Dogs We Trust.

Really enjoyed the 6 week puppy training program. The trainer was wonderful, very clear with instructions, answered any questions people had, and had a very calm nature to her. The key with any training program is the work outside of the classroom. Don't expect 6 hours is leading to a perfectly trained dog, although I can't imagine anyone actually thinking that. Will definitely look at taking our puppy Scarlett back for the next level of training when she is old enough!

Just finished our 6 week puppy class. Our trainer Taylor was amazing. Very personable and made the dogs and owners feel at ease. She explained everything thoroughly and was available to help / step in whenever needed. Finnick is my first dog and while I’ve been around friends dogs many times, I’ve never had to go through training them. The puppy class is 100% worth it. Not only did it help Finn, but also helped me to be comfortable training and doing it properly. Finn and I still have a lot of work to do but I’ve seen such a difference in him in just 6 weeks! I have taken 3 sets of classes with In dogs we Trust, they are so fun! Interactive and easy going, you and your dog learn a lot and get constructive help if you need it! I would recommend it for any dog owner for dogs of any age! Particularly I have enjoyed the Hollywoof classes, the most fun teach specific skills that dogs will need to have to work on set successfully.

We have done in person puppy classes with In Dogs We Trust and then virtual session with Melissa (due to COVID), both were great experiences giving us lots of tools to continue working with our pup.They respond in a timely manner, and are experts in their field. Highly reccomend!

I've had such incredible experiences taking classes with In Dogs We Trust. They are so great at making classes work for each dog, and the improvements I've seen have been amazing. I love the positive approach they take to learning new skills and they really break things down to manageable steps.

I would highly recommend In Dogs We Trust! Great instructors and very helpful advice for both dogs and their humans! Our puppy started off in puppy class and loved it! She learned quickly and Melissa made her classes fun, interesting and engaging. My puppy graduated from puppy class and went on to intermediate classes and eventually trick class.We had a blast and learned so much.Melissa is an amazing animal trainer and she prides herself on being the best and most caring trainer in the business. We have also had private lessons with my older dog who was a rescue and had been badly abused. Melissa worked with us and helped work through her reactivity, fear and anxiety. You would never know she is the same dog!

Lou was just under a year old when I started the obedience training with In dog we trust. I was so impressed by Melissa's knowledge. Everything she thought us was easy and was working so well. Lou learned really quick and he is very well behaved now because I kept working with Melissa in private lessons, plus I did the dog body language workshop as well. I even had the chance to work for her in Ultimutts shows as a French speaker. She is simply amazing and her love for dogs is inspiring!
