Overpriced, poor customer service, staff not helpful

Found myself stuck on a back road after being diverted from the main highway due to an accident.I called another towing service that shall not be named, and after 2 hours and 5 calls I was getting a bit desperate. After 2 hours and sending gps coordinates, a picture of the sign post from the nearest road I was located and the towing service still hadn't located me despite repeated directions and being 20 minutes from thier shop location.These guys however had noticed me out there, and checked on me awhile later, eventually pulling me out of the snow drift and back onto the highway. They didn't even take the petty cash that I wanted to give the driver.I didn't get that drivers name, but I plan on making it up the next time I pass through Coronation. Thanks guys, you saved both me and my transmission from that snow drift.

Overpriced for everything and a little questionable. Attendant came to put in gas and added more then asked (oops!) then charged for it.

FCA called upon this towing service to help me out of the snowy ditch in the Castor area. They were fast friendly and quick to deal with the situation. Thank you
