would miss appointments completely, wouldn't call to let us know. Would leave early saying that they had other jobs to do would cut corners on service. things missing .. definitely would not recommend them

I had Liam cleaning for us each summer for 2 years with only a hand full of minor complaints. Then this year, on the day we had new guests arriving at our cabin , the cleaner was a no show and Liam said he would look into it and get back to me ASAP.That was the last communication I had from him. I tried emailing, texting and leaving phone messages but he just ghosted me. I wasn’t even in town to do the clean myself. Seriously ?!?!?!I still have a hard time wrapping my head around that level of immature unprofessional behaviour and horrible customer service.

I contacted Below the Broom after unreliable service with my cleaner. The response time, communication, and quote was all very professional. The cleaner was friendly and on-time, however the quality of service was poor. I was charged for 3.5 hours of cleaning time and many of the items on the quote were either completed poorly or not at all. I had high hopes for a managed cleaning service but Below the Broom did not deliver.

Liam and the crew at Below the Broom are really good. I trust them in my home and they are very nice, courteous and do a great job. They always have someone call after the job to make sure that everything is done to satisfaction and offer to make right even the smallest detail. I really appreciate that in a service company. I will be calling them again when my house needs to be cleaned.

Below the Broom did an amazing job. Two cleaners showed up to complete the job and everything I requested was completed in the time frame I requested. The owner even dropped in to the cleaning and met me and wanted to do a quality check. I recommend Below the Broom to anyone who is searching for a house cleaner.

Look no further for high quality cleaning at reasonable rates. Below the Broom provided a reliable, high quality cleaning service for a short-notice request. The owner/operator answered my call for an urgent and substantial cleaning job in a rural area of Kelowna, outside of regular hour, and, even in inclement winter weather, delivered results that exceeded my expectations.The cleaners were punctual, professional, extremely detail oriented and friendly. I will be referring Below the Broom to everyone I know in the Kelowna area.

No show and left us hanging last minute. Non-responsive and ghosted us after we tried checking in multiple times.Since we were going to be away on a holiday, we had booked an Airbnb cleaning with BTB well in advanced. We received a confirmation from Liam and corresponded back and forth about a few details. On the night after the cleaning was supposed to happen, I ask my mom to go check on the place and she called me soon after to let me know that NO ONE had arrived to clean the house.So my poor mother volunteered to clean our house while I called Liam TWICE, texted and called with ZERO response.Highly unprofessional. Extremely disappointed.
