After a frustrating time at several of the other mobility stores in Winnipeg, we found CHP. I haven't been treated with such respect, consideration, kindness, and competence in any store in Winnipeg in the last 10 years. If you need anything for your ageing parent, or yourself, this is THE place to go. Don't even bother with the others. Karen, you are wonderful! Thank you so much for all your help with the motorised chair, the toilet frame. We will be back when we need more.

What a horrible experience.I tried ordering parts that never came in for my wheelchair. Something I rely on.A few other things they were suppose to get to me and never did.I can only recommend driving by this place. Never step foot or place a wheel in the door.

Very slow service. Difficult to work with. Unable to find wheelchair parts from Pride, saying the 2 parts are obsolete, yet another store was able to order these parts from Pride.

Purchased a Bath Safety Rail on May 26th in anticipation of my father law coming home from the hospital. Since that time have been concentrating on him coming home. On June 23 he passed. But as past the 2 weeks even though it has never been used Motion shows no compassion and wont allow a return.Anyone need a bath rail.. $69.95Will not purchase from Motion in future.If we had know he was going to pass would have returned earlier.Please plan the death...

The scooter I was given was bent and I asked for a replacement and they couldn’t get one in . Waited two days for a replacement then it turns out that I only had one day left on my rental anyway . TKS but NO TKS anyway . I’ll be advising others to go else were.
