I waited outside with two other customers in the rain until 9:10 to be let in..... when we were, we asked what time it was..... some girl started freaking out at us about her personal issues and that’s why we had to wait. What does her mom or her personal issues for that matter have to do with showing up late and making customers wait? Incredibly unprofessional..... and very rude. I don’t recommend going to this staples .... we had a gross interaction with the girl who unlocked the door then Was rude to customers about her personal issues no one had anything to do with except her . It’s not our fault your late or have issues! Show up on time or work somewhere else its not ok to be rude in customer service. Period. Especially when you’re the one opening the store late.

Visited this location to use its courier services. Thought the service was slow. There weren’t a lot of people but had to wait in line for a while. Let that the cashiers were pulled in many directions with the variety of services that they offered - cashing, assisting with print services, trying to help with quick machine fixes etc., and noticed all this while waiting for a few minutes.

Horrible experience. Waited at least 15 min without assistance. Finally I called tech support & the man who I spoke to wasn't sure if someone was in, to then find out he is tech support. He asks me what I need, I tell him, he focuses on one product, looks it up and goes to find, 20min go by. He returns tells me he doesn't have it & i can go to woodbridge fully knowing I needed it for the next day. Then walks away.

Very professional service, Hailey was extremely accommodating and patient in getting my large format engineering prints sized and printed correctly. She went above and beyond in terms of customer service and customer satisfaction. The price was extremely fair as well. Thank you to the team at Staples Bolton!

The customer service I received in this store today was through the roof. I wasn’t even buying much but I was genuinely greeted by the staff and manager and was catered to by the employees on the floor… it was almost strange that this was my experience because it’s so rare to receive it. Bravo to those that lead this store.
