Was not impressed with the state of my dogs when picked up. They were covered head to toe in pee. Should have known something as we were not allowed in to see the kennels that they would stay in or any of the facilities, every other kennel gives you a look and lets you into building. I would not recommend unless things improve.

I took my big whooly Alaska Malamute to Winchester kennels for grooming. He looked amazing when I picked him up. Definitely will go back there for his next grooming appointment.

Winchester kennels is a very reliable, well run, and clean establishment. The staff are friendly and know how to take care of your pets. The dogs have the option of staying indoors in their run, or pop outside. The indoor portion is climate controlled to provide them with comfort. We have used this location for years, and they have only gotten better with the new owners.

My dogs became very sick after staying here. I know others who boarded their dogs at the same time and experienced the same and worse. Please do a lot of research before picking a place to board your pet.

I take my dog there regularly. The staff are very friendly. I love that they have a pond on the property that he can go swimming in on hot days. I always ask for him to be bathed at the end of his stay as he likes to get dirty lol.

The price was right. The place was spacious. They said at drop off they would take photos but never posted anything and I sent an email but no reply.Returned home to my dog being sick with a bacterial infection. Not good and even with my emails sent and facebook messages no one has messaged me back. I know it's kennel but it also wasn't the cleanest place.
