When my Mother passed away recently, I wanted only the most beautiful flowers for her funeral. My Mother loved flowers and deserved the best. Due to covid, the arrangements were made with Rose over the phone. During a fairly short consultation process, she was able to create two of the most beautiful funeral arrangements I have ever seen. She created exactly what I had envisioned. Rose is extremely talented & gave us peace of mind during such a difficult time. Thank you, Rose.

I had surgery and Rose made a beautiful get well soon arrangement for me from my boyfriend on the spot in store. I am currently on crutches and unable to go in store, Rose prepared & delivered a beautiful flower arrangement and memorial stone for my best friend's family for the loss of their beloved dog Tyson. I live in the states and wanted to send a special someone of mine a beautiful bouquet of flowers but I was not too sure of which florist I should contact being that I am not in Canada so I took a shot in the dark and could not have gotten more lucky with the place that I chose! I spoke to the owner, Rose over the phone and explained the best I could as to what I was looking for. She was extremely helpful and assured me that she would make the bouquet beautifully. She blew myself and my special lady away with this arrangement! Rose even delivered the bouquet herself personally. Thank you again, Rose! Absolutely perfect!

Rose did the flowers for my wedding on September 25th and did a fabulous job to put it mildly. She went above and beyond expectations.Everyone remarked how on how beautiful the flowers were and asked where they came from. I made sure to tell them and highly recommended they contact Rose for future flower orders. If I could give her 10 stars as a rating I would.

What a fantastic job Rose and her staff did for our wedding December 3. The flowers that she put together for the church and the centrepieces absolutely complimented every decor piece we had chosen. Rose was also very easy to work with. The day off, we as groomsmen had an issue with the boutonnière on the suits. One of Roses staff promptly made their way to my parents house and fix all of our issues and did not leave our sides until everyone was off to the church ceremony. FANTASTIC job to them I highly recommend Rose. Thank you Rose.

Rose did all the flowers for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding 12-3-22.. fabulous job as always!!! She did the flowers for the bridal shower in October as well, and my other son's wedding in August 2018. I would never ever trust anyone but Rose to take care of my flower arrangements for all occasions. She is awesome! Does great work and very reasonably priced as well!! She goes above and beyond every single time!! Everone loved the flowers! They were beautiful!! I highly recommend her and her staff.Thankyou Rose❤❤

The WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. They just charged money from my credit card in an online order and canceled order by saying we are closed now. But guess what they never gave me the refund back of $133. Thats one of the worst services I have ever come across and the shop owner comes up with false manipulations every single time and refuses to give my money back. Everytime she has new fake explanation and try to manipulate the situation. Dont ever go to them its highly unprofessional business they are running

I can't even begin to explain how happy I was with our flowers for our wedding day. I wasn't initially sure that she got what I was looking for, but when the flowers were delivered the day of, I was way beyond impressed. Rose delivered and MORE. She is an amazing lazy, so kind, and so wonderful to work with. I was never big on the idea of flowers at a wedding, but it was money well spent. I could not be happier with the job she did for our flowers (Bouquets etc.) and it was just another part of our day that went perfectly. I think I actually started crying when I saw my bouquet.

After picking up the deposit for a cancelled wedding, the owner proceeded to tell me how I was rude over email for asking for the deposit back. And she yelled at me in her store in front of her employees. She also proceeded to ask in an email what happened and why the wedding was cancelled. From a professional perspective this was not professional. It was belittling in public and rude customer service.
