Terrible services. Made an appointment to see a unit with Jaspreet for 9 am. Drove all the way from Saint-Catherines to arrive at 8:50. Called her, no answer. Another person answered and said she will not be able to show me the unit, placed me on hold and then said someone else will come show me the unit in 30 minutes. Waited there for an hour and the other person did not show. And then has the audacity to lie and say he has been there the whole time waiting for me. I drove around the property there was nobody. After an hour I gave up and left.. Do not bother, seems they are very unprofessional and not familiar with how to communicate with their potential clients. Could have simply called me to reschedule instead of making me drive and wait.. Complete waste of time!

I found the company conduct to be very poor. I was asked to deposit the money for a unit which was then rented out to someone else. Now they are refusing to return my deposit.

no way to recieve your deposit one of worst experiences with landlord & management. it looks there policy is to not return deposit many of tenants I knew in this place have very bad experiences not recommended at all

I saw comments of people who made deposits and received bad response. This group is by far the worse landlord/property mgmt organization. They don't attended to necessary repair requests in a timely manner. Overall a verify horrible company to deal with.

unprofessional, they are worse at communicating than a 2 year old. They never get back to you. Very unorganized business. They don't even have a form for you to fill for your contact information/application.

Don't work this company. They are very unprofessional. Wanted to rent a space with them they said you can move in February 1st when I went to get the keys they said space won't be available until February 27th. When you ask questions to the people who work in the office they don't know anything. The lady who work in the front desk is the worst. If you work with these guys you will regret it.
