Launchpad Early Learning Centre

My son started attending Launchpad in Oct 2022. We are so lucky to have a spot and are very satisfied with the care he has been receiving. My son is always very happy to go in the morning and is always greeted with enthusiasm from his teachers. I’m always kept informed of what my son is doing throughout the day with status updates and pictures through the app they are using.The daycare space is clean, bright, and spacious and they have 2 outdoor areas (one undercover) that is a great space for the kids to play in. They do plenty of crafts, stories, and songs and my son has been learning a lot.Thank you to Shohre, Ali, and all the teachers for creating a safe and inviting space for our son!

If you have decided to send your child to this daycare, be prepared for chaos.From the first moment, you will see the mess!There is no person and regular program for updating daycare’s app.Be careful about your loved one!

Everything about this daycare is great, beautiful place, kind teachers and the best owners.My daughter has been going there for about 5 months and we are very happy with our choice.

We have been taking our toddler to Launchpad since they opened this past August and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. I’m very happy with my decision to bring our toddler here!The staff is kind, fun, and happy to greet my child in the morning. I love getting updates through the app on what my child is up to throughout the day and being able to always reach the staff if I need them. They do a variety of fun and educational activities with the kids at all ages and my child is always in a great mood when I peek in at pick-up time.I’m so happy to be part of the Launchpad family! Thank you to Ali, Shohre, and the awesome teachers for everything that you do! Our family truly appreciates you all.

Very kind and empathetic owner and staff. They have a great program that my daughter enjoys! She always is in a hurry to go to the centre everyday because of how happy and comfortable she is there. The teachers are very organized and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you!!

Both of my son and daughter go to this daycare,the place is very clean,teachers are nice and patient,my kids love to go there.

best experience for my boy!we really like the work provided, staff are always very patient and lovely with our kid. definitely the option for our second baby.there's a lot of fun activities, circle time, story time, outdoor time.my son calls the owner Amoo( Uncle ), & sometimes he's asking if we can go there on the weekends!the app is amazing, full visibility of activities, communication with staff, payment reports , etc.I would give 10 starts if I could.

Best choice of daycare for our 2 year old son. Very kind carers who knows very well what they do, and are very reliable.

This place is very unprofessional and terrible overall. We called them in advance to inquire about putting our son’s name down for a daycare when he turns 12 months in June. They told us to pay them a visit to discuss. As soon as we arrived, they told us that they only accept kids above 18 months old and that it is too much work to have kids of 12 months of old. They then moved on with lecturing us that it is too bad for kids to be in a daycare before 18 months old. The guy (Ali) was telling us “if he had a kid, he would never put them in a daycare before they turn 1.5 years old.” His colleague, a woman, added that she is the primary care for one 1year old and she really feels bad for that kid. They were scolding us for looking for a daycare for our son at 12 months old. At this point, my wife was visibly shaking and very emotional and we decided to leave immediately. I told them that we are not hear to hear their opinions on when to put our kid in a daycare and that this is totally unprofessional. I’m still shocked how they treated us and how someone could say those things to new parents! Very weird and presumptuous of them making those statements without knowing our circumstances!
