Thank you SO MUCH Rio! What a fabulous experience! Sooo helpful and patient. And so many hats to fit my frustratingly enormous head! She's got so many style options for tiny hats, normal sizes and extra large. And the hats she makes herself are gorgeous! Yay!

Such a fantastic selection of hats and lots of size options too which is rare when looking for hats! Awesome accessories as well. The owner is so friendly and helpful! She gets hats in from other brands and also makes her own and takes commissions. I also got an awesome toque and scarf in the winter from here as well - the selection changes seasonally.

I highly recommend this cool hat store in downtown Kelowna! The owner, Rio Branner, is a lovely human and a talented milliner. She stocks her own creations as well as select Canadian and international brands. They also stock a variety of neat accessories and some products from local artisans as well. They have hats of all kinds for all kinds of people"

Amazing selection of hats and the stories that comes with it (which materials were used, which year, etc) makes the experience extra special. I genuinely love the ones I bought from this beautiful store and definitely made it one of my favourites!I'll be back for sure and a big thank you to Rio for making me feel comfortable as a customer.
