I got a lot out of this group by staying open to the process. I learned new things which allowed me to make connections to experiences in the past and how I've been carrying them forward. I'm finding it easier to just be, feel whatever and know I will go at my own pace. Great guidance during our weekly gatherings as well as after.

My initial meeting with Leanne was during one of her amazing workshops, which I found to be very helpful with the crisis I was experiencing at the time. Shortly after, I began to see her as my therapist, to deal with my own demons. I am enjoying so much peace now because of her encouragement and compassion. The multiple prescriptions I was taking to cope, have been replaced with self-care, self-love resulting in a healthier, happier mental and physical life. Leanne is extremely bright and engaging, so easy to speak to, and confide in.

For 2 years now I have had the absolute pleasure of having Leanne as my therapist. While therapy can be an extremely challenging (but ultimately endlessly rewarding) journey, Leanne has always been a compassionate, wise, understanding, and empathetic guide. Her human first approach results in an effective form of therapy that has helped me to grow leaps and bounds. Leanne helps me connect dots that I would not have connected on my own, challenges me then helped me rise to those challenges, and holds space for me whenever I need it. She has an innate understanding of what people need and it shows in her practice.

Leanne is not only incredibly good at helping you navigate through the rougher waters of your life experiences, but she provides a judgement free and safe environment to let you feel comfortable in being vulnerable. Her compassion and empathy for you never leave you feeling stranded and alone, and as your therapeutic relationship grows, she helps you regain your confidence and self-worth.I never thought that I would ever need “therapy” while growing up, and then one day I woke up in dire need of support but didn’t know how or where to find it. Through a google search I found Leanne among many of her colleagues, and something about her resonated with me. I took a chance at reaching out, stepping way outside my comfort zone, and in one phone consultation I knew immediately that she was the right person to help me.Within a matter of days, my entire perspective of therapy changed from showing weakness to showing courage and great strength. I now feel that any person could gain invaluable information through therapy, no matter what state they’re in, as we can all strive to become even better versions of ourselves. I could write a novel about my experience with Leanne, but I will leave it at this: my life is completely and utterly different now than when i walked into her office a few years ago. It was the best decision I made and i will forever be grateful to the support, guidance, care, and genuine compassion she provided.

As cliche' as this sounds, my time with Leanne changed my life. Having done therapy in the past, this was nothing like what I was used to. It was not clinical at all which I totally appreciated. It felt real and raw and pushed me to my edges, which felt super uncomfortable, but i felt so supported the whole time. Leanne had this way of making me feel comfortable while also challenging me to dig. She was able to piece things together in a way that I never considered before. I walked into therapy looking for some basic symptom mgmt tools but have walked away feeling deeply changed. She is the real deal and I am so glad I waited to see her. I will be forever grateful.

Before I found Leanne, I had been to several other Therapists looking for help in regards to a serious eating disorder. None of which I was able to connect with or feel comfortable enough around to discuss the intimate details. Enter Leanne. From the moment I met her I knew she was my person. Leanne is an absolutely incredible psychotherapist. I spent years trying to find someone who could truly help me address some of my mental health issues and not just put band-aid fixes on the 'in the moment' anxiety attacks. I am so happy to have found Leanne, she has helped me start to heal and address issues I was worried I never would be able to.
