Excellent products and great installation services. The mobile show room made choosing carpet and flooring very convenient for us. Mohammed is very easy to work with, and he was always able to respond to questions very quickly through text and email. We chose the higher end carpet and vinyl plank flooring for our downstairs area. I could not be more happy with the final results. We did feel the carpet installers were mediocre, but the vinyl floor installation was a fantastic job. Any issues we had we brought to Mohammed's attention, and he then took care of it personally without hesitation.

From start to finish, Mohammed was very helpful and knowledgeable in our selection of vinyl flooring and carpeting, as we had some pet concerns. We selected some top quality products from Shaw with great warranties! Any tiny concerns we had with installation and at one point had to change up some product again because of our pets, he handled in a very professional and congenial manner. The prices were thousands less than other local competitors. We are very happy with the finished job!

His mobile service, wherein he comes to you with a flooring showroom on wheels, certainly simplifies the selection process. Mohammad and his team did a good job replacing our carpet in the bedrooms, stairs and family room. He had a comprehensive selection of flooring to match our budget. I was a little apprehensive at first, given his mobile shopping model but it worked out well. He left samples with us for a few days, which enabled us to decide on colours and style, without any pressure. Mohammed communicates timely, responding to questions. I obtained estimates from 3 companies before selecting Vivid Flooring.

We had the best possible experience with this renovation. (Our first ever). Mohammed was there several times each day monitoring the progress and guiding us through choices and decisions. He was very professional yet became a friend. His team of extremely competent workers were diligent and focused on every minute detail. Each day they would tidy up before leaving. Very good experience with our hardwood flooring installation project. Mohammed provided numerous hardwood samples to choose from right in our home. His quote was provided promptly and was broken down nicely by item. The quality of workmanship from the installation crew was excellent. The crew worked quickly, cleaned up nicely and moved the furniture as required. Mohammed was on site each day to check in with the crew and discuss any issues. We were very happy with the outcome.
