Although they didn't have the parka I was looking for, I was lucky to have the assistance of Errol, a knowledgeable stylist who made the experience all the more enjoyable.Despite our budget constraints, Errol was both courteous and persuasive, leading us to equally impressive alternative options, that satisfied the criteria. He went the extra mile to have us try on the jackets he directed us to, providing valuable insight on brand history and insightful advice throughout.Although we didn't make a purchase, the exceptional service we received has left a lasting impression and we may return in the future to buy one of those great jackets Errol found for us!Overall, I would highly recommend The Outlet By Harry Rosen.
