Screen protector bubbled after install, during normal use I slid my finger across bubble under the protector and it cracked. So I returned to the store less than 24hrs later and inform the gentleman behind the counter of what happened and he says that didn't happen" and proceeds to tell me he can order me a new one but it will take 15 day's and we dont offer refunds. So if that's the kinda service your looking for I'd say go for it however

Not worth the trip. They just want your money for low quality products and if confronted, they try and put conditions before you can get a refund. Even then they keep repeating the same words that their product are not faulty...lmaooCellmix and protech both are owned by the same person so don't bother wasting your time there either.

We reserved a screen for an iphone 11 pro drive 2 hours and then we got there and they had already sold the screen to someone else ,i will never go back there i lost 4 hours in my day terrible custoner service

Needed a screen protector for Galaxy S20. They installed a flat plate of glass over a phone that has an edge on the screen. Guess what happens when that goes into the pocket at a manual labor job? Glass everywhere. When I was in the shop, the guy had a box of protectors that had a big sticker that said Samsung S20" with a picture of my phone on it but insisted it wasn't the right one

Had my iPhone 11 screen replaced, within the first 24 hours I started having issues with the screen not waking. Now the screen is completely black and will not wake at all. Don't waste your time with these guys.

Needed a new screen. Went to Cellmix, he found a screen for my phone, told me it would be ready at 4pm. It was ready at 2pm. The gentleman was courteous and very good at his job. Would highly recommend

DO NOT use this store to fix your phone! I went in for a screen repair. They completely broke my phone and took weeks to get a new screen" as they admitted they used an "incompatible" screen and fried my sim card. When they got a "new screen" it didn't work. They said they'd buy me a new phone and they gave me a refurbished phone with the old person's numbers and such still on the thing and it was locked. Trust me this place is a scam."

asked for a screen protector and they replaced the screen and charged me $100. A month later the screen goes black, Apple says it’s a screen issue from a faulty screen but Cell Mix guy says it’s absolutely not and that they won’t do anything for me. They don’t back up their service with a guarantee or warranty. Just a bunch of scammers who don’t know what they’re doing other than scamming your money. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUr BUSINESS
