Had a wonderful experience, despite the fact of a mistake I had a great experience. The staff was able to communication the issue and provide details on wait time and had apologized multiple times.Not sure who I was dealing with as they do not have name tags but she handled the situation very well. What great customer service.

Called this location asked for a custom pizza which I always order. The woman argued with me saying she can’t do that. I hung up and called the other little caesars in town and no problem. Maybe check how your employees talk to the customer. Especially when the customer orders the same thing every time. Never will I go to this location again. Rude! Here picture from the other location proving that they can do it!

Apologies beforehand for the honest review. But this was horrible- from the start I was waiting to an empty front counter for 5min until I decided to make a noise to get attention…. Still nothing then walked to the right side where you can see the kitchen and one of the employees was just scrolling away on their phone. After getting his attention he slowly started making his way but disappeared. Then someone else after organizing pizza trays came to get my order (this another 7min). That was the first problem, upon getting my pizza it was very dry and very minimal sauce, felt like I was eating garlic bread…

Awful customer service. Also charged me more then actual price. Watch their price. I often don’t give one star but this location deserve it. Will never come back and also ask others to avoid this location.

Always reliable! Pizza is always ready. That is, the Hot n Ready is always hot, and ready. Never had to wait more than a minute. And it's cooked perfectly, kids prefer it over any other restaurant pizza. .

Little Caesars in general is a good place for cheap pizza at a relatively cheap price. I have gone to this location many times since moving to Brantford last year and I enjoyed it a lot until I started noticing they would charge me extra, and the straw that broke the camel's back was when the cashier charged me extra because I asked for the walk in combo that was heavily advertised at the time and she charged me for full price saying they do not upsell their promotional items and specifically that one" despite there being a advertisement billboard outside the plaza showing off the deal for well over a month or two. The manager made the cashier correct the issue but still it was terrible customer service and I do not plan to return. I am normally very patient and I do not go tossing around bad reviews for no reason. It just felt like a blatant attempt at theft
