Glencoe Dog Park

Just a grass field with a fence around it no trees, no benches, better than nothing I guess.

The park was clean, there is a bench and garbage can. A seperate run for small dogs. Only complaint is from my dog, because we were the only ones there!

Nice big, quiet grassy dog park with a good fence. Has a smaller fenced area beside the main park for smaller dogs. Both areas have a park bench. There is a garbage bin just outside the gate and a water dish available too. The park is well-maintained and had been mowed recently both inside and outside the fence.

Not crowded, lots of room to run. Bags and receptacles there to use (not everyone does though). Good facility to have access to.

The dog park is a real disappointment to dog users, who used to frequent the old dog park down town. No trees, no shelter for dogs or dog owners. Fence is field fence, not chain link, not high enough, a couple of dogs have jumped over, thus they do not come to the dog park anymore. It is not am asset to encourage new families to bring their fur babies to.Monies were raised by the Dog Park committee and should. be used to upgrade and make the park inviting! Until then we will continue to meet in back yards to allow our dogs to run, play and have fun socializing . A sorry sad job completed by the municipality to shut us old users up! Good political point being election year! Attention councillors !!

Its a small empty field with some hydrants in it. Better than nothing.
