Shish Kabab House
Last night was craving Shawarma, and went to my usual haunt, Shish Kabob House on Carling. It never disappoints. I had the Beef Shawarma Platter, lots of food, too much to finish and love the spicy garlic sauce. TIP - it is even better the next day re-heated. Can't wait to go back!

Absolutely gross! Missing the most important ingredient in the shawarma business…… Freshness.From molesting my food without washing hands or wearing gloves to microwaving potatoes warm to falafels that were older than me. My drink was the freshest and to say that $14 tossed away after 1 bit.

First off this USE TO be my go to place.. then I discovered better places. Was in the area decided to go...First off the old guy looked burnt out. Didn't want to be there and didn't even make eye contactSecond he destroyed my pita with his bare hands. I had to turn it into a saladThird my beef was ice cold. It was so bad that I had to warm it up. Then it started to smell off..I ate it then I realized it was burnt really bad. N it had a really off smellHoping I don't get sickBesides 9$ for a small shawarma I cam but better n save 3 bucks

Bessssttt chicken salad! Not dry chicken like other shwaram places. Seems like they take pride in their food. A little expensive, but worth it if you want quality.

Delicious shawarma, but your clothes will stink like food.EDIT: since my initial review this place has gone downhill:- placed an order, family shawarma, no pita, no humus, NO GARLIC!!! What is a shawarma without garlic?- drinks were included, no drinks!- burnt food, see my images.What kind of person you are is you sell a shawarma and give no garlic?

The food is horrible. It was burned to a crisp and tasted like charcoal. Store smelled likes a corpse in the fridge! I wonder how the place like this can continue working with those horrible hygienic issues!? There were flies buzzing around the kitchen and the tables were sticky and dirty.

All inside ingredients for a shawarma were nice and fresh. Nice portion size. Double sided press. The bread was dry and brittle, which just makes a mess. Lots of other food options, drinks, lots of seating.

The food tastes bad, the server was unhygienic and uninterested and place looks run down. I was actually concerned about getting sick after eating there. Ignore the 5 star reviews - I’m convinced they were at the wrong restaurant:)

uber eats & skh , evil - charged me $40 to cancel my $60 order not less than 5 mins after i ordered when i realized i did not order enough and want to place a larger order. then called the restaurant and he said too bad" . hmmmm???"
