Westminster Outdoor Public Pool

The pool can be full of people and still feel like there's tons of space. It's great for kids and adults alike, and easy to lose track of time. Super relaxed atmosphere.

Great out door pool and lots of grass space for relaxing. Pool size is perfect for families with small children. Picnic tables around the pool make it ideal for those who are not interested in partaking in the swimming. Will be attending again.

Wonderful place. Very clean! I'm a support worker and took a client a there. Free entry for my client and self! More places should adopt this way of thinking. If there was a 10 star, they deserve it

It is an amazing pool in my opinion the people are amazing food amazing and for a family of 4 it is only $15$

I love this pool for a chill afternoon with my grandson. Old fashioned speaker on towers playing the local radio, icecream stand and Ron's of Shadyside trees to read under.

Looks nice! I personally have not used the pool. I only observe other people having fun it. I see a small and a big pool. I guess the small one is the hot tub. I have used the community hall twice though. Once to attend my kids award event, then a training. I think it's generally a good resource to the community.

Westminster Pool is a wonderful pool to take the whole family and make a day of it. They sell concessions but you can bring in food and drink, spread out a banket and have a picnic in between time in the pool. It's far less busy than Henderson and they don't seem to have 'accidents' that shut down the pool. It's also the only place left in Lethbridge where you can actually swim laps outdoors. Who really wants to swim indoors in the summer?! My only complaint & the reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they regularly rent out time for private parties and little to no notice is given to the public. You just go for your regular swim only to learn you can't swim after all & that's pretty frustrating. They do it to keep the doors open, and it's usually at the end of the day, but they often cancel lane swim and lane swimmers are their regular customers, so I'm not a fan. They are also a cash only facility to save costs, so come prepared. But it's a very nice park setting and pool, and I highly recommend it!

There are 2 pools and 2 slides. Huge old trees provide lots of shade and the slopped sides make tanning perfect. It is a little older but has had some renovations. Great for the whole family. There are 2 parks adjacent to the pool.
