Fantastic experience when it came to purchasing my tennis racquet. Carlos was extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure that I had picked out the right racquet for not only my style of play but to ensure that it did not aggravate my tennis elbow. My racquet was on back-order but Carlos made sure to regularly follow up with the supplier and I even got the racquet earlier than I had expected. The racquet and string combination recommended by Carlos is absolutely great and its all due to the extensive knowledge and personal attention that you get from Carlos. Carlos was a great help in finding me the perfect tennis racket. He was very professional and patient throughout the process. I had a vague idea of what kind of racket I wanted, so Carlos brought more than 15 rackets for me to try. We played for about two hours, and he gave me instant feedback from across the net for each racket and some tips to improve my technique. Eventually he helped me narrow down my choices to the top three rackets and let me play the demos of those rackets for a few days until I decided on one. I have been playing with my new racket for a week now and I love it. I am so happy that I consulted Carlos for my racket purchase. He's an expert in tennis and knows everything about it. Carlos is one amazing guy to buy *anything* tennis from. I did a demo and purchased a couple of Yonex from him. He let me try a wide array of racquets but what set him apart was his guidance and experience. He was able to recommend what works and steered me in the right direction. He would patiently explain why and even gave me some tips on my stroke mechanics. His pricing was really good and I will buy all my future tennis items from him. I was referred by friends of mine to him and he delivered the same great service to them as well. Trust Carlos. He will never let you down.

I'm satisfied with his service. He allowed me to try out different racquets and setups. We did some hitting sessions to try out some racquets. Carlos has good technique. He can feed me the balls in different situations, so I can understand better of each racquet rather than going to the normal store.I will definitely contact him again if I'm looking for other rackets or try out different racket setups.

I’ve recently had a racquet consultation with Carlos. He was not only able to advise me on the perfect racquet for my playing style but he was also happy to provide tips on my stance, forehand and backhand to improve my game. Very prompt responses to phone calls and subsequent messages to setup a day we could meet so I could demo some tennis racquets. I didn’t want the most premier, brand spankin’ new racquet because I had a budget so Carlos brought a very large selection of already strung demo racquets that were mostly within what I was comfortable to spend and with a great deal of variability of weights, head sizes and brands.Being able demo all these different racquets was amazing for someone who had absolutely no idea what he was looking for. I didn’t have to search and sort through all the benefits and negatives of one racquet or brand vs another, discerning what were paid advertisements or genuine reviews. I could forgo all of that and just hit with them to see how they feel for me and my play-style / skill level. Very much like choosing the right tool for the job.Carlos is very knowledgeable about these racquets and could probably answer all your burning questions about the differences between racquets or strings and if it will be optimal to the way you play. Then you could hit some balls to confirm if the racquet is right for you.After around an hour of hitting and testing, I ended up really liking a older gen Wilson Blade with a slightly over sized frame. I felt like I was hitting very well with it and Carlos also confirmed that he felt that out of all the racquets I’d tried up to that point, this one fit me the most. It even had the details of the strings and the tension it was set to so I can either go back to this exact same setup or adjust for next time.A very excellent service and I never felt rushed or pushed to buy something that wasn’t right for me. Have been really enjoying my new racquet.

I had an incredible experience with World of Tennis! Carlos went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect racquet. He spent over an hour playing tennis with me, narrowing down my options and even let me take a few racquets home to test out for a week.
