JW Marriott Parq Vancouver

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. We had a mix up upon arrival and was booked into an already occupied room. When we notified the hotel they upgraded gave us a hotel food/drink credit and sent up the most beautiful charcuterie board as we were there for an anniversary. Absolutely blown away with the costumer service. Even had the managers meet with us to apologize for the mix up. The hotel was beautiful as were the rooms! Will absolutely be staying here again. Great job I will never forget how wonderful the staff was at this hotel.

The room (suite) was beautifully appointed, and a very comfortable space to take some quiet downtime. Super clean and comfortable.But I must reserve a special mention for each and every staff member. Without exception, whether in the lobby, at the curb, the concierge, floor staff, wait staff in the restaurant or on the conference floor, or cleaning staff in the gym - I was met with courtesy, a warm, sincere smile, an offer of assistance. (This included one who interrupted what he was doing and accompanied to a different floor to ensure my key would work). I can't say enough about the culture of this hotel that creates such consistent service on the part of their staff.

Location is ok but not great. Not really near the water/Stanley park and not near the old historic district. Good location to the sports arena next door. Food was excellent but over priced. Rooms nice. Service excellent. This was my first trip to Vancouver. I will likely try a different hotel next time based on location.

The room was clean and spacious (single room King) and what would be expected at a JW. It was a very comfortable stay. Service was quick, efficient and polite, unobtrusive. Some complications trying to find the drive entrance, and noise during the day can be heard in the room but if you plan on being out most of the day it shouldn't be a concern.

We had our wedding reception and celebrations at the Fairview Ballroom and surrounding area at Parq back in November 2022.Leading up to the big day, the staff were great and awesome to work with! There were a few instances where e-mail replies took a bit longer than desired, but was understandable considering the frequency of events the hotel had. That said, contracting, site visits, meal tasting, and Q&A sessions were smooth sailing and the events team were accommodating, receptive, and so easy to work with for our custom menu!On the big day, the Event's team was on point throughout and made sure everyone and everything was taken care of. Food was delicious, the venue was pristine, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming! They even saved portions of each of our dishes and desserts for a day after" brunch and brought them to our room when we woke up. (Oh

My stay at this hotel was way beyond my expectations! Every corner of this place is very neat and tidy and clean. Amazing customer service from front desk staff to bistro waitress. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a worry less and comfortable stay!

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable and the linens soft. Unfortunately the room was so noisy that neither of us slept even 5 min. There was this banging in the wall that sounded like pool balls dropping in pockets every 30 seconds. We told the front desk and they said can we do anything for you and I said what do you mean and it was just a formality. No offer of a refund or a credit. Also two of the hotel restaurants had closed but they still advertised them as open. Fairly new hotel but already seen better days. Definitely never staying there again.

This hotel is the best rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely will love it I'm sure!All the staff were so polite and helpful. There was lovely service, food, drink, and atmosphere in the executive lounge. The room and common areas were all well kept, comfortable, and well worth the price. There is underground parking available for an additional fee, either valet or self-park. I would highly recommend JW Marriott Parq Vancouver to anyone.

We didn't get the suite that had been reserved but we made do as it was late and the hotel was fully booked. Chilled champagne and deserts from room service after a dinner out were presented well. Its a newish hotel but it looks like its had better days already. None the less, the suite was bright, spacious and modern. We enjoyed the space and the views of the water and the city night and day! (Make sure your room has a view!) Room service was great and we had most of our meals ordered up. Hotel health spas are important to my family and we lucked out that it remained mostly empty each time we went to THE hot tub. (There was only one.) There was no pool. I think this review would read quite differently if this wasn't the case. In any case, it was a nice weekend getaway experience.

Exceptional service and one of the most convenient places to stay in Vancouver. It’s within walking distance to a dock on False Creek where you can catch a water taxi to various points of interest like Granville Island Public Market. It is also near Robson street which has great restaurants and shopping as well as the very nice Yaletown district. The staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The hotel is connected to a nonsmoking casino which features great restaurants and entertainment options. Located right next to the soccer stadium and hockey arena, it’s perfect for visiting on game day. I could not more nightly recommend.
