So frustrated with the lack of customer service. Placed an order for a furnace part 2 weeks ago, been leaving messages daily with no call back. Its October and I have no heat with 3 kids in the house and this pathetic company is refusing to return phone calls and only offers curbside pickup. Which they won't answer the phone for either.* In response to the owner comment:*I fail to see how in any circumstance a customer should have to leave multiple messages for 1 week after the date they were told the part would be in? Good customer service would have been returning the call and letting me know there was a hold up. As for calling a contractor for better service, that's just plain sad. Any competent person can do the repair, why should I have to pay someone to do something I can do for myself just to get easier access to parts? I definitely stand by my poor customer service comment, even more so now.

Excellent service when it comes to delivery and pickups. But hard place to backup to when it comes to traffic.

i deal with them for year staff is ok except for one guy pat useless for customer service i call for parts and never help call again talk to other staff and the find the parts i need seem like doesn't like is job should just stay home

5 stars for the parts. 1 star for the service. Maybe you should show up on another day other than Monday.
