Dr Ballagh was very dismissive and unconcerned with my 6 month long nasal blockage that resulted in loss of smell and copd. It’s been 9 months now. Still not better, and never called to check in.

Had appt with Dr Ballagh in Collingwood for a smelling issue. He sent me with an assistant and she gave me a hearing test. I tried to explain, but was told I should just keep using my hearing aids. Next patient was called into office. When my wife spoke to his office about rebooking me because they screwed up, she was told that 250 or so are also waiting for appointment. Let’s hope he never billed our health care plan for his mistake.

I have been a patient of Dr Ballagh since he first opened his practice here in Barrie, and he has always provided the best care l have ever received....Dr Ballagh knows his profession inside and out and it is not hard to see why his practice has survived the test of time, l can't see myself trusting anyone else who specializes in his field, l have recommended many friends and family to Dr Ballagh over the years and WIll continue to do so....Quite frankly he is the BEST in his field in my opinion, and look forward to many more years of his expertise...

Trying to call Dr Wong to schedule an appointment over one month, voice mail only, leave a message and there's no return. Dr Wong has my wife's exam result, can't even get a call to get those.Awful! Never been so neglected as a patient.

This place is a joke. Communication is horrid and the doctor is ignorant, rude, and couldn't care less. Was referred to have my nose looked at for a possible nose polyps. Talked on the phone to someone instead of actually being evaluated. Doctor then proceeded to tell me I had hearing loss and wanted to book me in for a hearing test. I told her it's not my ears, my hearing is perfectly fine, and it's my nose causing problems in my ears. She didn't listen to me at all and then told me her receptionist will call me to book this test. I said fine. 2 weeks later I hear nothing and had to call them myself. Receptionist says the hearing clinic was over booked, to which we asked if that validates her not saying anything to us for 2 weeks. My symptoms are worsening by the day, so I finally got an appointment booked IN MARCH to have done what should have been done in the first place in January, to which today my doctors office calls me and tells me this doctor is asking for another referral for THIS appointment cause she 'helped' me last time with a suggestion of 'dental work' and 'botox' (to which she never even said to me). I'm sure after I go in March I'll have more to add to this cause this process had been an unacceptable nightmare.UPDATE: My symptoms have gotten to the point where simply eating pains me because my problem was left untreated and I had to go to a different specialist cause once the doctor got the one thing in her mind, she wouldn't listen to anything else I had to ask or talk about when my own doctor said that my symptoms were obviously Eustachian tube dysfunction, like I assumed and told her about. She didnt listen at all as was rude when I tried to talk to her about other possible diagnosis, and I'm not surprised her's was wrong. If you're in need and immediate help I suggest you look elsewhere. This experience was a nightmare and an immense waste of my time.

I have been calling them for months and nobody ever gets back. Their voicemail is always full and you can't even leave a message. There's no email ID to reach out. I am putting in a formal complaint to the Ministry of Health since this is alarming that such medical practitioners exist with no care or worry for patients. Looking at other 1 star reviews, I have zero hope of getting any solution but I will still try.

Lazy doctor. Worse receptionist.I see why Robert and Jessica work so well together. Don't waste your time. Robert will dismiss you via Jesus quotes and Jessica will tell you to call someone else. Zero passion from these two.

Dr Ballagh was really personable to me, and offered amazing advice which worked! He had a lovely personality, making jokes and offering calm advice.Thank you!

Couldn't agree more with some of the reviews tried to see Dr Balaugh today and was refused treatment because of an expired health card now wouldn't you think a Dr would know that Ontario has extended the renewal of all health cards until Sept 2022 . Just goes to show you its all about the money. Because they asked me for cash and said ill be back again in 6 weeks so bring more cash.. thats place is a joke beyond jokes

Very disapointing visit. In and out. I have lichen planus (erosive oral). My mouth and lips have been painful now since January. I have a lesion on my lower lip, and inflammation up under my top lip, and the skin splits there. He wouldn't even examine under my top lip saying 'it doesn't look bad. He simply booked a biopsy of the lower lip
